Hello Wild One,

The eclipse is behind you. The New Moon is ahead. And this week lives in the space between them ⚘ the particular quality of genuinely empty ground that has been cleared but not yet planted, released but not yet begun.

This isn't comfortable. Virgo's tension phase doesn't operate with Leo's dramatic fire or Cancer's deep emotional pull. It operates with something quieter, and in some ways harder: the persistent awareness that something is finished and the new thing has not yet arrived. The cleared field before the seed. The edited page before the new draft. The composted pile that is not yet soil.

The compost is not the failure of the plant. It is the plant's next contribution.

Everything the eclipse released ⚘ the patterns, the stories, the ways of being seen that were more performance than expression, the summers accumulated weight that the cazimi helped you finally name clearly ⚘ it doesn't disappear. It becomes something. The composting phase of Virgo Season is the week when what you released is actively becoming the soil for what comes next.

You can't rush this. But you can tend it.

The composting week asks for a grounding practice rather than a reflective one ⚘ because the work happening right now is below the surface, and the body is often the most reliable instrument for tracking what is shifting underground.

The Virgo New Moon arrives on September 10th, a week from tomorrow. It brings with it Mercury into Libra, Venus into Scorpio, and Uranus stationing retrograde in Gemini. Four significant transits on one day.

But the New Moon is the anchor. And the New Moon plants most powerfully into genuinely prepared ground.

This week is that preparation. The more honestly the composting happens now, the more real the new beginning will be.

Stay wild.

Stay wicked.

Stay composting.
