You’ll need: a slip of paper, pen, and a safe fireproof dish or cauldron.

1. Write down what you are proud to have harvested this season — projects, lessons, relationships, inner growth.
2. On the same paper, write what you are ready to release — the weeds that grew among the crops.
3. Hold the paper to your heart and whisper:
   ​“I honor the harvest. I release the rest.”
4. Burn the paper safely and let the smoke carry your gratitude and release skyward.
