Find a quiet, cozy space where you feel safe and comfortable. Find your breath, relax into the space. Hold the bowl of water in your hands. Feel its cool, cleansing energy. Water is deeply connected to Cancer and the Moon. On your paper, write down 1-3 intentions you wish to plant for this new lunar cycle and Cancer season. Focus on what you want to nurture, create a home for, or intuitively call into your life. Fold the paper and gently place it into the water, allowing it to unfurl or soften.
