🔮 Mercury Retrograde Reminder: Rest, Reclaim, Reflect

The Leo New Moon stirred something sacred last week—but now, the smoke’s still clearing.

If you felt friction in relationships or power struggles around July 24–25, you’re not alone. With the Sun opposing Pluto, the planet of transformation, and Mercury still retrograde, this week brings the echo of everything that wants to shift, soften, or speak up.

This is not a time to push.

This is a time to pause and listen to the places where your power has been twisted, shamed, or silenced. The places where performance replaced authenticity. The places that still burn.

🔥Ritual: The Power Unbinding Spell🔥

This one’s for disentangling your power from past wounds.

You’ll need: a black candle (or white in a pinch), a piece of red string or yarn, and a pen/paper.

  1. Light your candle. Hold the string in your hands.
  2. Write:
    • Where have I given my power away?
    • Where am I afraid of being “too much”?
    • Where do I confuse validation with value?
  3. Tie knots in the string for each response.
  4. Whisper:
“I call my power back. I do not need permission to be whole.”

Burn or bury the string when you're ready. You can keep the candle burning during your journaling as a symbol of your inner fire.

🃏 Tarot Spread: The Power Check-In 🃏

Focus on these questions while pulling from your favorite deck:

Card 1. The Echo

What old story is resurfacing right now?

Card 2. The Flame

Where is my true power?

Card 3. The Mirror

How can I lead without performing?

Bonus pull: What part of me is ready to stop apologizing?

📓Your Journal Prompt📓

What does authentic power feel like in my body— not my performance, not my reputation, just me?

🔮 Looking Ahead...

Next week brings the Aquarius Full Moon—a powerful release point in Leo season. You’ll be invited to let go of ego-led fears and step further into your communal, creative, conscious light.

Keep tending your flame,
