Draw a simple line down the center of a page.
On the left: What I think I should want this season. On the right: What I actually want.
Fill both sides without editing yourself.
When you're done, look at the gap between them. That gap is not failure ⌁ it is information. It tells you where you've been performing desire instead of living it. It tells you where the real fire is waiting.
Circle one thing from the right side. That's your true north for the week.
Tend that one. The rest can wait.
